Lend-Lease provided radios f.e., but the Soviets already had telephones and signal flags. It smoothed things over, but the majority of Soviet warfighting equipment (+90%) was produced by the Soviets themselves. 84% of all Lend-Lease also only arrived from 1943 onwards, when the war was already decided. The failure of Barbarossa in 1941 doomed Germany to a grind-war that it didn't have the logistics to fight. -

Case Blue required the capture of Astrakhan, which would've stretched the German lines even thinner and rendered them wide open to any kind of Soviet counterattack. The Allies' main contribution in the war effort was blockading Germany from trade, with the lack of oil debilitating German maneuver warfare and logistics - the pillars of the war in the East. -
