Lend-Lease provided radios f.e., but the Soviets already had telephones and signal flags. It smoothed things over, but the majority of Soviet warfighting equipment (+90%) was produced by the Soviets themselves. 84% of all Lend-Lease also only arrived from 1943 onwards, when the war was already decided. The failure of Barbarossa in 1941 doomed Germany to a grind-war that it didn't have the logistics to fight.
