     @Shlomo It means the attacked nailed one of his carotids and he suffered severe anoxic brain injury before they got to him. The coma (likely pentobarbital) is meant to control cerebral edema but the tissue is already dead.
     
     He's a pig so this makes me incredibly happy. Fuck the polizei.

     @TrevorGoodchild @Shlomo News says the calvaria was pierced injuring an important vessel and a vein in the brain. I was surprised, the goatfucker stabbed him twice in the back of the head - if you wanted to kill someone you'd go for the jugular - so I thought maybe just glanced off, but apparently one of the stabs had some oomph.
     
     People nicked in the cartoid usually pass out within seconds from what I've seen, and that cop was standing for quite some time.

Which he never would have gotten access to (very hard to hit that in active combat) unless the dumb fucking pig hadn't given him a clean shot by deciding to tackle and pin down a fellow German
