@Jewpacabra I know, right. They have been pushing the idea that women are a ranged class, for years, because they think that makes more sense than melee. Women don't have the strength for a serious draw, though.
Polearms would make more sense for them than bows because the reach makes up for their smaller size.

I'm not saying the exercise will make someone genetically destined to be tall into a midget.

ie. Being sedentary and low t.
That if you played sports, worked out, lived generally a healthy lifestyle you would end up more robust but a bit shorter than you could have been.

@Hyperhidrosis @WashedOutGundamPilot I disagree for a couple of reasons.
One is that recent generations have been less active but more heightmaxxed. You think X was more active than Boomers and Y was more active than Xers and Zs more active than Y? I don't think so.
Two is I believe being high T tends to dwarfmaxx you. It, in part, closes your growth plates.
I don't think giant NFL dudes disprove this. I think they genetically just would have been giant dudes.
But let's say a guy is a working class 6'0 ayylmao after spending his teenage years on his arse gaming.
What does his dad look like?
I'll bet his dad is like 5'9 with a stronger frame, thicker wrists, bigger hands etc.
