    As to Garmin, I never understood why they are so stingy with screen sizes on their products. Screens are not an expensive items any more, and smaller screens, esp with touch buttons are really bad for usability.

    @Koropokkur Combined with hours of physical exercise 4 hrs of sleep is not enough to properly recover. It's ok for a few days as a demonstration of "bare minimums". Over an extended period it's really bad both physically and mentally.
