     @johnbudd1350 I have too big of an ego, I guess. If she doesn’t kind of ‘jump’ at my offer then I usually ice her out. We’ll be friends and all but if she came around I would just get too much of a rise out of sucking my teeth and acting like I got over her already.

     Probably why I had a couple of those binary-star relationships where an equally stuck-up girl constantly floated in and out of my life expecting me to beg just like I expected of her. (I don’t think I missed out in either case)

     @WashedOutGundamPilot I already did this, including ACTUALLY seeing someone else and her knowing it lol. Already gave her my number recently but nothing, I think this avenue is closed. But still I'm like... actually having a really nice time right now I just like being here tbh

     I can only think of one time that I had one actually talk a big game and “help”……and I’m pretty sure she just backstabbed me. I had one girl I was real into who stopped talking to me altogether, just said I was ‘fucking disgusting’ out of nowhere. Later on when I was dating my “wingman” chick friend she laughed about it but wouldn’t tell me what she did. I still don’t know. I think they knew each other from some class they were taking together, but who knows.

     I dated the “wingman” girl for a while so she got what she wanted. (This was the long-time friend gf, maybe that’s diff but I was silly enough to believe you could be friends with women)

     @johnbudd1350 Girls always seem to love this idea of being a dude-friend and help you hook up with women as a wingman, but only if they don’t have you anywhere in their “guys I might need to date later” list.

     If she’s not helping you find another girl then there’s a solid chance you’re on her waver wire, she doesn’t want to let you go date another guy because it makes her feel secure having someone to replace her BF the second they break up.

     Girls who don’t really feel anything at all for you, but still oddly like you as a person will try to set you up with girls they like, too. (traditionalists, at least) To them, it’s this sense of a great guy going to waste, so they’ll try to pair you up with….well usually subpar women but they mean well

     When they see a good guy, their natural fealty to the greater sisterhood is what overrides your interests and pushes them to give you up to their own kind. As much as they like you, they’ll happily saddle you with an utter millstone of a woman because they like the idea of their own kind climbing up - even if it means stepping on your face to get up there
