RJ is also very proud of this Levitical way of life, here's from his oral history:
"would perpetually give a member of their family to be a priest to perform a kind of Aaronic priesthood as in the Old Testament, an hereditary priesthood. Whoever in the family felt called would become the priest. And our family did so. So from the early 300's until now there has always been someone in the ministry in the family."

@SuperSnekFriend @idea_enjoyer @caekislove Dude he'll try to thread the needle like that but then in Intitutes (p.302) start telling people that the dietary laws are stll binding on us. Like, his interpretation of Colossians 2:16-17 is done in such a way as to argue with the meaning of the text. Because the man wanted to eat kosher and keep the jewish sabbath. How is that not judaizing?
Like, here's from his commentary on Galatians, where he takes everything that St. Paul said and goes "Welp, so the judaizers were wrong to tell Gentiles to live according to the Law of Moses. Here's why that means we have to live according to the Law of Moses."

Abolish foreign missions.

Seriously, if you're in a country where the vast majority of people aren't even going to Church, then spending your budget on foreign missions is a proclamation that you hate your neighbor and don't want them hearing the Gospel.

Maybe if America was 90% Christian again we could send missionaries to different places. But America isn't. Abolish foreign missions.

"Jeebuz wuz a JOO!" The dweeb cries out in between calling you a cuck and a jew and a cuckjew and a jewcuck. You see, jews bad therefore Jesus bad, in this guy's mind.

Here's the thing about that. If Christ incarnated as a Kenyan and died for my sins, I'd still believe in Him. Then the accusation would be "whY arE yUO worhsipinG a NOG???"
I'll have the same answer: He's God, He died for my sins, and by faith in Him I am justified before my Heavenly Father.

But guess what? I don't even have to make that argument because even if Christ was a 6'7" Pure Germanic Phenotype Ubermensch, these guys still wouldn't believe in Him. Then the accusation would be "you worsip a TRAITOR whoo taught CUCK morality!1!"

Their objection isn't honest. So I don't feel like I owe a serious answer anymore.

@RMIV I've heard of him before, here's the pros and cons:
Pros:
-Portal's way of looking at things is legit from an athletic perspective. Movement is cool and being good at moving around is healthy.
-I've never seen a group of people who are this broad in their skills but still *good* at everything they practice. At advanced levels, movement bros can do planche pushups, box efficiently, and also keep up with runners in sprints.
-Movement as an athletic method really is good at protecting and strengthening the joints, keeping you mobile and flexible. It helps bulletproof you.

Cons:
-Ido Portal is an israeli con artist. His fitness methods are legit but he also charges people INSANE amounts of money to learn it.
-Movement as an athletic community is more culty than crossfit...and that's saying something. They are behlden to dogmatic thinking in unhealthy ways, to the point where even hanging out with a bodybuilder can get you kicked out of some of their groups.
-With that dogmatic thinking, they tend to think that all other fitness methods are either ineffective, partially effective, or just straight up bad. That limited thinking is pumped into their students to keep them paying through the mouth...to learn how to move lol.
-Their broad way of thinking doesn't lend itself well to specific pursuits as much as they think it does. Yes, Conor McGregor did it and it helped him win fights. But if deadlifting 500lbs is your goal, movement athletics just plain can't help you get there.

@Nou Wives are to "pay the marital debt" because that is their duty (and pleasure) to their husband, not in order to obtain resources. Husbands, likewise, are to have sex with their wives for the exact same reason. Scripture does not present marriage as a transactional affair.
Husbands *also* provide, but not in order to purchase sex. It is, per Ephesians 5, to be done without conditions per the Agape love charged to them.
