I think that's what's so off-puting to me about the whole Riley Gains platform conservatives have built. The hill we're willing to take a stand on is, women's sports?

What kind of traditional values are we conserving by doing that?
But, all of my co-workers think she is our champion.

I wonder if there have ever been any studies done on the effects being a professional athlete has on child-bearing, hormonal imbalance has to be there at least.

this happens to the body after a couple of kids. Definitely not reversible, takes my wife around 1 - 1.5 years to get back to pre-pregnancy weight, (under 120) but she'll never go back to before our first kid

Some of it is just extra skin so the knife would have to be involved to be 'great' tummy

I don't think you're wrong about the people making these clothes tho. Don't like the cut of their jib

standard of cleanliness is actually a big deal, especially once you have kids. Coming home to a disaster of a house and a stacks of dishes every day can really weigh on a man, let alone a wife that is smelly and unshaven

The laptop part is depressing (first hand experience as a wfh father), but I dunno about the rest of it.

Pre-industrial revolution and I would have lived above my business and walked downstairs to open shop and my son would have worked with me once he was old enough (7?)

and i think thats why it worked well in this instance. It was a smaller, well established fb group that i think does a good job at gatekeeping and is able to spot bad actors easily

my mother-in-law apparently made some, looking-for-a-wife-for-my-hard-working-son, post in an fb group and got "a lot" of replies and interactions, and now her son is texting with several girls (all out of state)

she feels like she's struck gold, and comes to with the idea of building a dating site that is geared for our guys (not in those words)

I have a lot of misgivings about something like this, but am wondering if it could be done right. it just seems like any dating site is going to be naturally void of the things that make a strong relationship/marriage, but is it just a longer fishing line in a huge sea of fish?
