Chat I learned something new about wahmence today.
(I should preface this with me woife is NOT materialistic & she has returned several expensive gifts I've gotten her & put the money in savings before.)
Anywho, she has a weakness. Cute stuff. Apparently a LOT of modern wahmence do. Here's their new trend that has them going bananas.
Small purses, with big "stuffys" for a keychain. Apparently this is YUGE.
I was shocked when the woife bought a Karl Lagerfeld / Lulu collab purse.
But then... Then she bought a friggin bear keychain.... Ok whatever. That's not the strange part.
Apparently, it's all about the accesory's. They friggen dress up their stuffys. I guess it's big enough business an entire cottage industry has sprung up on Etsy for this. I learned about this when me woife starting giggling & beaming so hard when her new outfit came in. She literally got misty eyed when she dressed her bear and attached it to her purse.
The wahmen are playing dress up with purse charms. She spent an unholy amount of money on a Prada outfit for her friggen PURSE BEAR CHARM. WHAT IS HAPPENING?!?! -

@TrevorGoodchild @DW2 @Bad_Banner Hanging IS tricky which is why they had actual hangmen. They weren't just brutes. They had several ropes of varying thickness & length. A quality hangman would select the proper length & thickness of rope for the condemned.
They knew based on how tall & heavy you were the correct thickness to support your weight, and the distance you'd need to fall to properly snap your neck first try.
They also traveled town to town so as to not be compromised, get attached to the locals, and or be ambushed and killed as a form of revenge or to delay the hanging of a prisoner to help them escape. It's an extremely fascinating and underappreciated job. -

HOLY FUCK I AM GOING TO KILL THESE WAGIES.
We are out at a friend's & family hibachi dinner. We had the full 9, private room, reservations etc. We ordered everything in advance as we got here 90mins before closing.
I was most looking forward to their famous fried cheese cake with triple berry topping. It's all I wanted in loife today.
Our server just informed us that the wagie cook is already shut off the fryers and left.
