All of my non hijacked.download TLDs are just vanities I stuck on the same back end before I discovered it was going to be a pain to do anything with them if anyone signed up under different instances. Obviously due to SNI you can't just test by IP, but now I'm wondering if I'm the only one causing you unnecessary overhead.

@alex Any idea how fedi-block-api works? It seems to be seeing from all of my vanity domains I tied to hijacked.download that I've blocked other instances, but how is it figuring out the domains when everything was setup under the initial instance?

Yeah, and you're just as replaceable at the warehouse as you are doing fast food, but you don't learn how to interact with people on the same social level which preps you for the "all people are scum" truth that you learn when customer-facing.

I'd have bigger issue overall with the 'You get paid less while training' that McDonalds and other large corporations are allowed to pull. 90 days at a few bucks an hour to eventually get what you were promised is absolute bull.

Accidentally reloaded the page. You entered a contract upon employment that allows them to recoop "training costs", which generally meant you got less than minimum wage while being trained to do your job. As I recall it allowed for up to 90 days.. so if you were worthless or they just didn't like you, it'd be a simple way to force you out.

I had a job as a freshman because I liked to eat and have decent clothes. I don't know why people are buying into this forced victimhood.

I gave up FOSS over a decade ago- before it was all about identity politics. It was miserable, and at one point I was actually given a minor "grant" from an upstream project so I could afford the rather hefty downloads.
I've never worked harder for less pay until I directly went into business for myself.
