Boomer should try using technology not based on the work of the kind people he criticizes. He'd probably be left with a stick, not even a hut.
Could also be a run of the mill hustler entrepreneur, Tate wannabe type. It's quite common with that crowd to obsess with this time management meme, and to make this weird flex.
The Russian alternative platforms are actually usable. Over the past few years I've been gradually migrating my news reading to Russian sites, especially finance and tech. The 4chan equivalent (dvach), is pretty fun too.
I did make one. The votes come in immediately but sometimes there is a delay in the object updates so it's a bit inconsistent. You'd get the usernames for the last 1-3 votes all at once.
I also think @p 's idea is good, we should publish the list of those who voted after the vote ends.
>Unlike traditional Linux distributions, the base image is intended to be used "out-of-the-box" as it is. Packages are installed via Flatpak whenever possible (except for IDEs in some cases, more below). Should that not be possible, you can use distrobox to have images of mutable distributions where you can install applications normally. >Want an application that is only available on Arch Linux and one that is only on Ubuntu? Well, now can have both! >Distrobox is very powerful; for example, you can use it to host your entire development environment completely separate from your host system. Or use it to run a container for your virtual machines.
Really embodies Poettering's Vision of an immutable OS.
>I created an eleven megabyte file that would fill those ten gigabytes in seconds. >The response body is limited to 8MB Pretty sure someone could do it with less than 8 megabytes, so I am FORCED to ANNOUNCE:
This an EXPLOIT marked SEVERE Apply my patch now or your whole system will CRASH, you are putting your user's (digital) LIVES at RISK.
Just to clarify. What I meant is that it is very close to intended behavior of the http package. Probably the original "security researcher" found someone concern trolling on git about it and thought he'd milk it here.
Why are Samus fans complaining all the time even though their girl is winning? Does it have anything to do with their girl being a Xenoslover? 0b98c5713d7dbe2b3087daacc80b6715.png
Looked a bit more into basicswap, looks pretty solid. It is using atomic swaps to do the trade. Could be seen as a more easy to use atomic swap implementation. As long as the code is not bad it should be 100% decentralized.
>Bisq "Disputes are handled through a decentralized human mediation and arbitration system" It isn't an onchain system. It's more like a localbitoin market written on ipfs and similar.
>Basicswap DEX That's nice, didn't know about it. Seems to be pretty new too (1 month old)
>UnstoppableSwap That's the atomic swap implementation I was asking about. Which looks to be by far the safest solution right now.
