One of the crazy things that happened,y school had a fundraiser selling magazine subscriptions, one set of parents bought Bon Apetit
It changed everything. Later I bought Cook's Illustrated, that's how my mind works, when it was good. That was a game changer. Now I tube a A LOT!!!

@PNS It actually takes immense sense of focus to deconstruct a recipe from a restaurant. I dont have it. I wish I did, and my taste and smell senses are not good enough.

For perspective, GM's/DM's developed and kept secret their screens and modified in secret the calculations and roll calcs and mods they made. Its sad how complicated something already complicated got. They just modded the charts they had on a carboard screen to their liking in real time on sheets of paper. Now we allow comps and software to change how we want the game to be played.

Any prayer chain folks out there tonight, please pray for Amanda. She buries her husband (48) tomorow. Non vaxxed. But her and her husband lost both their sets of parents in 1.5 years, then he just passed and is very alone. Her spirit is encouraging, she chose tonwalk back through the door to join us at work again after about 1.5 weeks. Her husband would be so proud of her stength, even though she is clearly broken. Thank you for your consideration. Sweet girl, tough times.
