Partisan Night Slut (pns@noagendasocial.com)'s status on Tuesday, 02-Jan-2024 10:09:48 JST Partisan Night Slut I really am a savant about cooking now.
I have like two recipes that I use measuring spoons for spices/dry ingredients. But beyond that I manage to gauge amounts by eye. Measuring spoons drive me fucking crazy.

Hombre Lego Mexicano (grandtheftautism@freespeechextremist.com)'s status on Tuesday, 02-Jan-2024 10:09:48 JST Hombre Lego Mexicano @PNS @KillerMule yeah I can just toss stuff in, but my wife has to use the measuring spoons because she's a terrible cook. And I'll tell you a secret: most recipes are very conservative on spices, to please the majority. Those recipes are a lot better if you add more of almost every spice Machismo likes this. -
Killer*Mule (killermule@noagendasocial.com)'s status on Tuesday, 02-Jan-2024 10:09:49 JST Killer*Mule @PNS It actually takes immense sense of focus to deconstruct a recipe from a restaurant. I dont have it. I wish I did, and my taste and smell senses are not good enough.

And then eating out and reverse engineering it.

Killer*Mule (killermule@noagendasocial.com)'s status on Tuesday, 02-Jan-2024 10:09:51 JST Killer*Mule @PNS Yeah, I like to eat. I had two mothers and others who cooked, and they always got me involved in meal prep, so I learned some things, loke how nott to burn water, that kind of stuff. One of the crazy things that happened,y school had a fundraiser selling magazine subscriptions, one set of parents bought Bon Apetit
It changed everything. Later I bought Cook's Illustrated, that's how my mind works, when it was good. That was a game changer. Now I tube a A LOT!!! -

Partisan Night Slut (pns@noagendasocial.com)'s status on Tuesday, 02-Jan-2024 10:09:52 JST Partisan Night Slut I wa prolly four years old when my mother told my brother and I that we needed to learn how to cook lest we end up like Eric next door, who only knew how to open a can of beans and eat it cold when his wife was away.

Being a liquid, you should be able to 75% it and add any more tasting it as you go.

Killer*Mule (killermule@noagendasocial.com)'s status on Tuesday, 02-Jan-2024 10:09:55 JST Killer*Mule @PNS Cipher this shit handwriting and it's yours. Serve with rice. This recipe didn't come together easy. You also are left with a 2nd volume of broth for another chicken you can reserve and use later.
