@egirlyuumimain @Hoss don't forget the part time racket, companies will work you to 39 hours but never over 40 just so they don't have to give you full time benefits even though fulltime employees usually only get 40 hours because companies dont like paying overtime. literally 1 hours difference and part time employees get shafted.

@Jean_Philippe_Micheaux @egirlyuumimain @Hoss well thing is, alot of states have laws on the books that if you work over 40 for a long enough time consitently, like 2-3 months, you have to be considered full time. I'd advise em to look up what the laws are governing it in your state. I think its like 12 weeks? that being said they pull the same nonsense there and will drop the hours at 11 weeks.
