@Vril_Oreilly I saw 3,040 tons for gold production in 2023, 97 million ounces. Article mentions silver being 1 billion ounces per year. Assuming the gold market isn't also papered (don't hear this mentioned as much as the silver market) silver should be 9.728% the price of gold also assuming similar demand conditions. This would put the physical silver spot price at about $230 right now. It's currently at $28. I wouldn't hope on it mooning anytime soon or anything, but that's a hell of a gap.

@epictittus @thefinn It’s still fairly up, but I have been wondering how we’ve gone through several years of terrible inflation and gold/silver have remained remarkably stable. What is the mechanism for price control here? Especially when countries like China have been increasing stores.

And frankly it does make sense as support for Israel is waning with younger generations. If tensions are rising in the region it's better to agitate sooner, while the boomers are still a large(ish) voting block.

They don't push back and wait, they're not liable to gain. US enemies are organizing against them. Their propaganda isn't working as well on 3 second attention span zoomers (holocaust takes like 15 seconds to explain minimum).
