     @Kyonko802 i get that microsoft starting to delve further into telemetry and shit is bad, but this is still misleading.

     1. it is only available for new copilot+ laptops
     2. it is all local (requires 25gb min)
     3. you can just turn it off (including specific websites, and it doesn't work during private browsing)

     i'd think of it less like telemetry and more like more granular restore points that an AI can delve through to provide reminders and such.

     even if there wasn't an option to turn it off built in, you can rest assured there would be some way to do it with registry edits or what have you. windows 10 and 11 already have telemetry as-is that *isn't* local, and you can turn that off very easily with a powershell script.

     @Echigo @Kyonko802 @veff when it comes to multiplayer fps games insurgency sandstorm just werks on linux, tho i play less like an operator and more like a dipshit, tho i am autismo and don't use the voice chat, which is an important feature in that game and you really should use it to maintain comms with your team even to just say something like "i'm getting fucked by these sandhut dwellers" (have not tested if you can say nigger there without issue)

     And then there's Arma 3. Technically speaking, Arma 3 does have a Linux version, but it is multiple years out of date. From what I can find, the Windows version does not work well on a Virtual Machine unless you have a second GPU to dedicate to the VM. :akko_tired:
