Modern cities are packed with incompetent, blobular, incapable, mentally unstable inferiors. They cannot fight. They cannot even walk to where the food is, if things shut down.

@judgedread I agree with what you're saying; where we may differ is in how those conversions are made. I don't know how to get the message out myself, but Team A has done an outstanding job of getting that message out on our behalf. I know of very few people, on the ground right now, who would defend things as they are.
My fear is that things calm down enough that people just accept things as they are. Rather than fight to recover what's been lost, they accept the new normal.
The new normal is anything that they can live with. Death, actual real death involving them killing us (like the little girls in England for whom those riots were just sparked) is what will convert them. Anything else, if our people are able to find a way to survive, we'll just make do.
My opinion is that it has to become too bad for our people to tolerate, at which point we'll fight. Less than that and we'll just make do through the slow decline. -

Is there a chance he's going to acknowledge that one side would fight for him as Emperor, while the other side desperately wants his public execution?
Will he be able to understand that there is no middle ground and if he serves his masters, they will kill him anyway? -

@judgedread @Hertz What's unfortunate is that this will work (and why I assumed it was faked). The destruction wrought by Team A has proven untenable. It will be corrected.
BUT, that will only mean the excess of the last decade or two. They won't unmake the Invasion of the West. They won't unmake the total acceptance of homosexuality. They won't unmake the genetic decay brought by miscegenation.
What they'll do is remove trannies and DEI. But only the forced-nature of both. They won't force acceptance of trannies, but they won't backtrack and state unequivocally that "Gender" does not exist and you cannot change your sex.
And they will absolutely not state that niggers are an inferior subspecies brought into The West as a weapon deployed by the jew to kill Whites.
Much like Reagan, this will serve as a hard backstop. Nothing will change. The frog will continue to be boiled. -

@judgedread @TactlessWookie I haven't seen any of the new ones. That first one, with the nigger stormtrooper; at the time, I was paying attention to the hubbub. All of the White Star Wars fans I knew were skeptical because the Prequels had been so bad, and were not-on-the-list to see it on Opening Day. All of them. Every White fan I personally knew had relegated the new Star Wars to "let's wait and see what other people think of it before we commit".
Every brown Star Wars fan I knew had an entirely different take. "You're just a racist; you don't want to see the movie because they cast an African-American as a stormtrooper." That was the entire counterargument.
That actually became my primary reason for not seeing those movies. Specifically; if they're trying to target brown and wahmans and faggotry as a part of a newer, friendlier, more inclusive and diversitied Star Wars, then they aren't going to put as much effort into either story-telling or "movie experience". If the outcome is Wypipo Be Ebil An Shiet, everything else will be subpar.
Like Boeing in real life.
But my then-hunch was confirmed when the Cast and Crew all got on Twitter and announced that it "wasn't an accident" that the Rebellion were Vibrantly Diverse while the Empire were Straight White Men.
I'm not watching any piece of fiction, and certainly not paying for it, that celebrates the destruction of Western Civilization.
It's the single point I've consistently disagreed with Red Letter Media on. They're very good at naming precise technical details and the failure of the modern studios in making watchable movies, but they're also explicitly deflecting from the reality of why normal Humans don't want to watch Hollywood movies anymore.
Paraphrasing, they will say something about how it's not important that the lead is gay, or the romantic interest is an interracial couple. Specifically stating such, so their opinion is clear.
In reality, it is important that faggotry and race-mixing and too-many-niggers are thrown into every movie. That's a primary reason. People know the Nation and the West are falling, and they don't want to go out and pay for "entertainment" that openly celebrates the destruction of The West.
Lando Calrissian was a sleazy grifting thief. Casting him as a nigger was fine. He didn't need to know how anything in Cloud City actually worked; he probably won the whole place in a lucky deal in a poker game.
Casting a stormtrooper as a nigger broke the believability of the narrative. -

We have a hard time grasping this as we have put a pricetag on everything, but "the dole" was a handful of grain. Farmers might make no payments to farmhands at all, as everyone working needed food at mealtimes, which was coming directly from the farm. No paychecks.
The government payments to the legionairies was different, and comprised the bulk of the cash economy. They were both the army and the "civil engineers" as the soldiery built everything; aqueducts, roads, walls, everything was built by the legionairies who spent most of their time building and training and only occasionally had to fight.
They needed money to buy what they needed to get by, so their compensation was with coin (and salt).
Everything has an inherent, natural value, except money. If the money is accepted, it has value. If not, it's worthless.
Gold has some natural decorative value in that it's shiny, but its true value comes from its scarcity and rustlessness.

Unbreakable glass would be more valuable than gold, and would destabilize the currency. Gold's value is in being uncommon, easily workable, and resistant to corrosion. Unbreakable glass would be better than gold: common, workable, resistant.
To the People it would be better. Not the State. It would be a disaster. So he was killed. (It would also be a disaster for the People, but the damage would be done before they figured it out).
Tiberius really was that farseeing. And the technological leap was lost for nearly two thousand years.
