Idea: Instead of implementing end-to-end encryption in ActivityPub, leverage OMEMO: when a client or browser extension sees an XMPP link with OMEMO fingerprints in a bio, it automatically saves it so it can't be altered by an admin from that point on. Then people can use that.

Maybe a different form of utilitarianism would be better. Maybe one that maximises freedom for the greatest number instead of happiness or pleasure.
