   what's really cool is that these people don't even seem to have to compete with the other trash companies. I tried to call a different company that I see driving down my street every week and they apparently can't service our address for some reason which means I'm forced to use the one available trash company who seems incapable of picking up the damn trash.

     @Hyolobrika we have multiple companies around here, but for some reason it seems that they have no need to compete with one another. Another company drives down my street each week, but when I called them last year they said they don't actually do my address in spite of having customers a block away. I don't know. It seems anti-competitive, but I think it might be sanctioned by the city.
