And the apple silicon is really nice

I just really wish there were computers with hardware which is as pleasant to use as a Macbook that could run any OS.

@thatguyoverthere I hate Mac even more than Windows because the OS is so over integrated with the hardware that I can't leave it without getting a new computer.

And the worst part is that no laptop computer at the same price point as my M1 Macbook Air is nearly as good.

@thatguyoverthere if someone gave me a really good windows computer i would prefer that to a really good mac because I could easily change the OS

i think the belief is that it's structural/everywhere/baked into our brains, so it always seeps in unless it's being actively fought against

but i think they argument has something to do with the idea that if you focus on disability issues without intersectionality it’s easy for structural racism sexism homophobia transphobia etc to seep in
