    The trend for me seems to be completely private quality education for those that can afford it and everyone else just being warehoused in a giant govt depot.

    Federal student loans for universities is high on my list, being directly responsible for proliferation of all the worthless majors and massive student debt that is crippling an entire generation. Also makes my degree worthless by association.

    Universities should be for STEM and maybe a few other majors only. The amount of useless crap you can get a degree in needs to be massively culled. Most careers that require a degree should really just be a certification IMO.

    I’m reminded of the time when my wife and I were newly dating, a few months in. I was a vidya junkie at the time and was playing Madden a lot with my goonies and was actually ranked so that tells you how much time I was wasting lol.

    She kept asking to play me and when I finally relented and said ok, it was a total slaughter. I was blowing her out like 38-0 by half time and she got super sour that I wouldn’t “take it easy” and “show her what the buttons do”. In my circles, the answer to asking how something was done was “figure it out bitch” or “sucks for yooooouuuu” lol. This was the only way I knew to play. She absolutely could not handle that and never asked to engage me in vidya ever again.

    TLDR: GF tried to engage me in a hobby of mine, got destroyed and learned to stay in her own lane.

    The thing I love about all the anon communities I’ve participated in is that they’re strictly based on ideologies. No appeal to authority or status/looks is available. One must actually possess at least some principles, morals and standards or the anons will see through the charade and eat you up like a troon gobbling antidepressants.
