That was absolutely nuts by the way, they are guilty because some boomers were scammed and used their platform to buy bitcoin (money laundry).

The case scenario is insane, they become criminals for doing business, and because few of them were scammers.

The main issue are big tech companies who pays twice or triple salary than average market. They usually get over 90% of H1B visas.

Big tech companies does lots of lobby at Washington to ensure they will have no competition, so they can charge what they want to consumers.

@Terry Problem is, USA doesn't have enough professionals to fill certain spots. Just getting a degree doesn't make you automatically expert at certain areas.

H1B is supposedly to fill certain requirements like:
- Being paid more than average
- Explanation why you need "that" foreign worker
- Qualifications who makes that foreign worker as important.

At my company, we tend to hire contractors from different countries because US citizens tend to drop our offers (competitive salary, work from home OR office) or not enough qualified. We don't do much H1B because we will always lose against FAGMAN.

Most qualified tech professionals in the West and East coast are lazy far left people who get eventually fired by performance reviews.
