so IQ has to be focused on a specific aspect of intelligence then, maybe problem solving? i imagine you can have a very high IQ person struggle with a physical task that requires some finesse or knack. would a high IQ person be a master cake decorator or welder before anyone else could?

@amerika @jazzilla @lccmv @ArdainianRight yup, so why life? to chase a never ending dream. imo, the answer is both yes and no, its the definition of the goal that is misconstrued. yes it is a never ending goal, but that journey is the meaning, so no, its not the never ending goal.

i'm bad at explaining stuff (and hence why i'm not a teacher). the journey itself is the reason for consciousness. its the only way to actually experience the infinite and thus life is everlasting

i feel there is a possible answer to the creation story, its just so awful and aweless of an answer (has to be both as its contained in the realm of the infinite). as our consciousness jouneys thru the infinite, how can we not experience such awful and awelessness all at once? maybe just accepting some awe at a time? departing from the infinite at once and having an awe-some experience?

@amerika @lccmv @ArdainianRight well, that's where i draw a line on sentience. i used to believe that all humans are some divine beings but bugs are not. that comes from the thought that bugs aren't sentient. they just perform, like robots, automatons. i could be wrong but if not, could some humans not be sentient? could some humans just be walking talking automatons?

so yes, some ppl will not find God, because they are unable, they aren't sentient, they cannot ask those questions.

@amerika @lccmv @ArdainianRight ... human sentience. a robot will kill and destroy if programmed to do so. imagine an autonomous robot with no will, just a directive and a means. the means may not serve the ends but it was programmed to act in such a way. some humans could be exactly that?

@lccmv @amerika @ArdainianRight i think you are confusing a "god" manufactured from the actual sense into a being used to control a populace vs what is. i find the atheist's approach to "disproving" God is to always challenge the control mechanism that derived from religion.

i 100% see Wyatt's points and observations. very impressive about the empty chamber. i bought a holster for my glock as i'm scared to walk around with one in the chamber. guess i'm not alone in that thought.

@Klaatu @ayy YES! you are a mind reader. first off, fantastic movie! top 10 if not the top 3. i guess if one had some bad ass head gear with targeting systems, a gun in each hand is beneficial due to "gun fu" concepts. right now tho, i feel there's too much loss in single handing each pistol and i'm with the "rather have a rifle" group.

back in muzzle loader days, i guess it was faster to draw your pistol and shoot than to draw your sword? i always thought its to weaken the offense from afar
