    @SrbijaStronk Alright, I'm going to be very autistic about this.

    Neither Acts 7:43 nor Amos 5:26 mention Satan (as in the accuser Satan) by name, but instead refer to Rephan/Remphan (Kiyyun/Chiun in Amos but apparently the same idol) which may have been the name the Israelites used for the planet Saturn.

    Which brings us back around to "yeah, it might say Rephan on the tin but it's Satan inside".

    It's hard to tell honestly, given the city and demographics you'd think they'd be all for it, but it seems that a good amount of them are against it.

    But there is a lot of compassion for the Aboriginals regardless, so there will be some sadness when it fails especially with how it will be spun by the media.

    Yep, and the Lutherans are still active in a lot of Aboriginal communities. The problem is that the help that they need right now is in the form of increased law enforcement and an elimination of drugs and alcohol.

    From memory they officially confess that the act of homosexual sex is sinful and will not officiate/bless such unions.

    But while the act is condemned as sin, same-sex attraction isn't condemned in the same way but treated as a temptation to be overcome through Jesus.
