Crux_Invictus (crux_invictus@poa.st)'s status on Tuesday, 10-Oct-2023 17:55:59 JST Crux_Invictus @SrbijaStronk Alright, I'm going to be very autistic about this.
Neither Acts 7:43 nor Amos 5:26 mention Satan (as in the accuser Satan) by name, but instead refer to Rephan/Remphan (Kiyyun/Chiun in Amos but apparently the same idol) which may have been the name the Israelites used for the planet Saturn.
Which brings us back around to "yeah, it might say Rephan on the tin but it's Satan inside".
Thank you for coming to my TED talk.- Machismo repeated this.

Crux_Invictus (crux_invictus@poa.st)'s status on Tuesday, 10-Oct-2023 17:55:59 JST Crux_Invictus @SrbijaStronk And for you Heiser Deuteronomy 32 worldview bros out there, I give you Acts 7:41-42:
41 And they made a calf in those days, and offered a sacrifice to the idol and were rejoicing in the works of their hands.
42 But God turned away and gave them over to worship the host of heaven, as it is written in the book of the prophets (Acts 7:41-42 ESV)
