@WashedOutGundamPilot @s2208 my parents grew up in abject poverty, refugees, so I grew up with a minor penny pinch household. A huge issue is that after work, who wants to cook, especially anything "healthy".

The thing is, we need to promote past poverty meal prepping. Get a slow cooker and make a hearty veggie stew with some meat. Who cares if your brats hate it at first, at least they won't grow up into literal slop humans.
