   @LouisConde @Griffith @DW2 @Turdicus More industry info, all contractors have to fight for the contracts, so their competing quotes are the absolute minimum, assuming nothing goes wrong. What happens then, everything goes wrong, and they delay the project deadlines, ask for more money, the engineers and techs all get paid waiting on upper management to give them the greenlight, adding additional costs.
