There’s either three or four stripes. The first n-1 stripes represent the sig figures and the last stripe represents 10^x

When I write code, sometimes I’ll use inconsistent capitalization on variable names just to get some compiler errors in the development process. It forces me to examine every single line and decide and re-decide what I’m naming variables, and whether every single line of code is necessary.

That’s one of the reasons I use different case conventions for #frontend #backend and #middleware .

And use underscored_string for JS variables, and dashed-string for CSS

For me the #Xitter isn’t worth it because I’m far more radicalized than #Elon . And if he has my billing info then it makes ban evasion pretty much impossible.

...because of this, passing text into a function, or back from a function, in #C, is a lot more trouble than it’s worth. It’s the sort of #interview question you use to #gaslight prospects who think they’re hot shots.

But in the dark ages, there was no other way to get text information into or out of a function.

File names and file paths. Host names. Usernames and password. Context of a text file. Command line arguments.

C is a puzzle.
