I don't have a strong opinion about Threads connecting to the Fediverse.

I will not make an account on Threads because I did not move away from Twitter to hug Facebook.

But hey, the power of the Fediverse is being distributed, and every instance can make their own decisions if they want to federate with Thr or not.

There are thousand of F instances, and that whole beautiful ecosystem will not be destroyed because Zuck wants to listen to us.

When you want to edit your previous message, in Basecamp its ctrl+enter to send, and enter for new line, and in Slack it's enter to send and ctrl+enter for new line. That is so irritating when you use both every day.

I've read the threads made by Technology Connections about his experience on this site, and I feel bad. This place was meant to be the better place, without the harassment and bad people of other SMs, and it turns out this is not the case. Social Media platforms change, but awful people on the internet are eternal.

Today in Poland we are celebrating the #RainbowFriday, a day to show support and solidarity with the #lgbtq youth in their struggles. This day is particularly important, as the Ministry of Education has been adamantly anti-lgbt for the last 8 years.
