@coolboymew @takao @tsugumi Yeah, like you set the ingredients as tags, and then just search up what you have available. Then it will populate a list of recipes that include those ingredients.
-
@coolboymew @takao @tsugumi Fuck me, I keep forgetting to set up the recipe booru.
-
@coolboymew @tsugumi @takao When did that happen? I remember checking up on it not to long ago, maybe 2018?

@parker @Leaflord @hidden @HiTwo @SpaceElf @elftummy I actually plotted this whole thing out last year with Beca. She was talking about her neo-luddite trad Catholic Quebecois self-sufficient rural community idea again, and I ended up mapping out exactly where in Quebec one could set up a village to have access to the most natural resources possible to provide for that. I ended up finding a place with access to iron, coal, sulfur and a couple of other things in the mountains, plenty of woods, and good valley lands for grazing livestock. With weather that could be tolerate.
I think I might have autism.
-
@parker @hidden @HiTwo @Leaflord @SpaceElf @elftummy I hope so. She is one of my favorite fedi user. Like legit, always talking about the most interesting things. Bot really scared her I think. She was already kinda skittish when she returned.

@WashedOutGundamPilot I am basically broken at this point to be honest. I don't relate to anybody in real life. It is like the rest of the world is living a completely different life. I have become so dissocialized, that I can't even talk with other human beings any more. You start talking to someone and some switch will flip in their head and they aren't talking at you. It's like they translated into a social media post into real life. It's not like an exchange of idea, but rather they are just stating their opinions on whatever they want to talk about as facts. If you point out something they said is wrong or just a flat out lie, and they just nod and go "uh huh, uh huh," and then spend a second or two justifying or excusing whatever it they were incorrect about with some faux moral justification that conveniently exists just to allow them to still be right. I just check out because they are just mentally masturbating at that point and I don't have the patience to argue with some spiritual jew that just wants to hear themselves speak.
That's like almost everybody at this point. Just mentally checked out while some boring, unfunny, retard pisses in our ears about nothing.
We are living in hell of later seasons of Seinfeld.

@unabomber When a literal nigger out of the darkest heart of Africa is more intelligent, more honest, and more correct than the majority of your fellow citizens you know shit is bad.

@mimorinka He's the hero Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments deserves, but not the one they needs right now. So we'll hunt him. Because he can take it. Because he's not our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. A dark knight.

@mimorinka If only you knew how bad things really are

@caekislove @matrix @Eiregoat @AlbinoMutant @SchizoCynic @UnityOstara I spent all day listening to Dovahhatty's Unbiased History of Rome today. It has to be true because a Brazilian titled his video series unbiased, so it must be objectively correct and without any slant or misdirection.

@UnityOstara @AlbinoMutant @Eiregoat @matrix @caekislove @SchizoCynic The Roman maniple formation was designed with experienced velites in front, inexperienced hastati in the middle, and the experienced principes in the rear. The velites were lightly armed pleb skirmishers who had enough experience to know how to handle themselves on the front line. The inexperienced hastati were pleb spearmen since their job was to just listen to commands and stick the pointy ends in one direction. The principes were well armed patrician heavy infantry. The velites would engage with the enemy while the hastati would poke at them from behind. If the line started to fold the principes would charge in to shore it up before the line buckled. There were also the triarii who were the richest and most well armed patricians, but were not strictly part of the maniple formation as they were cavalry and were used to make attacks of opportunity and turn the tide of battle by performing flanking maneuvers and charges outside of the formation itself.
It replaced the contubernium formation during the Samnite wars and remain the standard Roman formation until the Marian reforms introduced Cohorts replaced it.

@teknomunk @noyoushutthefuckupdad @PapaPole @EdBoatConnoisseur @Paultron @deprecated_ii @coolboymew You know that for almost 50 years most wiring was completely uninsulated. When I bought my house I had to spend weeks crawling around in the dark removing and replacing bare wire wrapped around porcelain knobs.
-
@ForbiddenDreamer @coolboymew @anime @galena @Elliptica @noyoushutthefuckupdad The one with the gluttonous spidergirl and dragongirl nerd? It's okay. The world building feels kind of shallow to be honest.
-
@coolboymew @anime @galena @Elliptica @noyoushutthefuckupdad And also not quite right. A cour is a calendar season, the reason it is used instead of season is because in anime a season refers to a single production run, with some anime seasons lasting multiple cours. I don't know how common it is now, but back when I stopped watching anime most anime seasons were two cour.
-
@coolboymew @anime @galena @Elliptica @noyoushutthefuckupdad I am aware of what a cour is, hence why I reread was suprised because I can't remember hearing about it get an adaptation.
-
@coolboymew @anime @galena @Elliptica @noyoushutthefuckupdad Wow, they fucked up hard. Did they try to make it an action series or something? It is a very slow and methodical story about the isekai world that a man from our world has coming to terms with as he tries living up to the values his adopted parents taught him. Some arcs are action based, but for the most part there is a huge focus on world building. From politics, to religion, magic, the customs and cultures of different races; it is all focused on trying to make this other world as fleshed out as possible so that narrative can focus on Will's attempts to understand it with the framework of his outsider's perspective.
-
@coolboymew @anime @galena @Elliptica @noyoushutthefuckupdad Yeah bro, we are way past that. Also if they are cramming all the way to there into a single cour they are fucking up. The entire first cour should have been Will's childhood and culminated with the battle against Stagnant. They are cutting a LOT of corners and it isn't going to be for the best.
