    it really depends how far off someone has let themselves get, but in general the body responds much better to diet, herbs, light exercise, and sound planning than ........ things like a gastric bypass and a stent.

    yeah i hear you. i only know that of all the optical disks ive written, i tried recovering files off of one a few months ago (last year actually) and it took about 14 hours and i only got part of that 900mb back.

    its a delightful smell. each kind of coffee smells a little different, too.

    the funny thing is if you stay about the roaster too much , im pretty certain you end up freebasing some of the caffiene by virtue of it burning up while you're roasting.
