Contrary to what you might think I am sorry to see your situation , I know you have to work to pay bills and that arm looks like it is going to need surgery . The alcohol consumption is going to create a bigger problem with that shoulder so again if I can help you get help I will do so , you just let me know and I will try to find somebody who will work with you -
