If you're less scrupulous, you can incorporate a business in a place like venezeula and have a lawyer set up a business in the US, then "buy" the US business with your VZ business and you have what is the foundation for how basically everyone launders money in the US because turdworld record keeping is a meme.
Everything is basically wholly anonymous as the business in VZ is the one on the paperwork and good luck getting who owns that.
You just have to do extra legwork in a different manner if you want to get any money out of the corporation, although you could just have the corporation own all of "your" assets as long as you never EVER attach your name to them...

Ultra has a second post from him stating that hes waiting on the State Registry to complete the stuff he sent to them which implies that he enacted a transfer of ownership for the LLC.
You don't "sign away liability" for a LLC, you transfer ownership and/or assets or dissolve it entirely.

You know, its weird how I made a burner "business account" on kraken because I'm not retarded and I do my homework. (Call it an old fed/kike/whatever analyst trait when confronted with absolute bullshit.)
There are no limitations on transfers for "business pro" accounts, which is the type of account Hovater made.
There ARE, however, reporting requirements on transactions over $10k in regards to the Internal Revenue Code and Bank Secrecy Act.
I wonder why they would deliberately and purposefully circumnavigate that reporting requirement for an above-board legitimate business transaction?

and also I guess Conte made the account and just forgot about it because he would have 100% access as the creator and would not be able to be locked out at all also surely it will be on the IRS records for NJ LLC since its inception because thats apparently when it was made but hey again I'm just stupid and don't know nothing its not like you can just produce these documents at any time oh wait you can literally access those at any time at any point and for any reason the same day with literally no delay at all.

@WashedOutGundamPilot and I have talked about it looking like Conte used an "LLC in a box" service to make NJLLC seeing as all of the documents I've been able to pull have only the absolute bare minimum required for incorporation completed.
Nobody involved has a brain, and the actors currently shitflinging have even less of a clue about what happened than Conte.

TL;DR: They're fucking liars and incredibly lucky Conte is not pursuing any criminal complaints and is instead handing the LLC over. (Of course, he would be on the hook if he did this which is one hell of a good reason not to do it.)

The argument for "knowingly" is that Kraken has no account limits for "business pro" accounts despite what these faggots keep saying, you can see this for yourself at any time.
The limitation on the $10k amount is that when you transfer more than 10k- a dollar, a cent, a fucking wooden nickel it doesnt matter- you are required by law to report it to the IRS.
This is an important anti-fraud device as well as making sure the IRS gets its pound of flesh when you do something like buy a car for cash.
The new line is that Conte is the one that made the crypto account when he made the LLC or some other bullshit, which would be listed in the NJ LLC's asset pool and something he can show at any time, or anyone with any access to any of the documents (Hovater, paging Hovater here).
It more than likely is not in those assets (again, RECEIPTS PLEASE), which means hovater more than likely made the account with NJ LLC's documents and his own personal documents (this is fraud) right before committing a felony apparently under the direction of Enoch and/or other board members of the NON-CORPORATE AND NOT-AT-ALL AFFILIATED WITH NJ LLC BY MATTERS OF LAW ENTITY "The National Justice Party."
I don't know why I have to spell this out here but "NATIONAL JUSTICE LIMITED LIABILITY CORP" and "NATIONAL JUSTICE PARTY THE POLITICAL 'ORGANIZATION'" are not the same thing.

In order to transfer an LLC in whole or part you need to draft whats called a "buy-sell agreement" (which pretty much always requires a specialized attorney because you have to document literally everything down to the cent/asset/time of transfer, its a huge fucking pain in the ass) among other documents- and then notify the State Business Registry, the IRS, the banks involved, any other State Business Registry where your business operates as a "foreign agent," your registered agent, so on so forth.
All of that to say that transferring an LLC (or any business) generates a HELL of a lot of paperwork and involves quite a few people.
The "new" owners of the National Justice LLC and its associated trademarks would have a mountain of receipts they could produce at any time, in whole or in part, to prove their assertions that Conte "signed it all away."
Literally: documents with Conte's signature and notaries/officiators and witnessess.
Furthermore, they would also have all of the receipts that show Conte as "increasingly erratic," which have been asked for dozens of times by dozens of people and not produced- but this is besides the point.
Its WEIRD how when you go to the Maryland Business Registry, the National Justice LLC and "National Justice Party" trademark are still registered to, and therefore owned by, a "Gregory Conte."
WEIRD how they have no other filings, either.
