   @mkultra @end @MyLittleFashy @doctorsex @matty In their shoes the LLC is arguably the better method to keep control and privacy….but it comes with upkeep and a lot of recordkeeping. I don’t have a lot to go off of, but having seen their show they don’t strike me as the types to generate 3-10 pages of corporate documents every day just to go about their business.

   (And if I were in their shoes, I’d be doing that and more. They’re a pro-white org, not a GD nail salon. People ARE out to get them, they should be on a legalistic war-footing just waiting for it)

     An LLC can easily be pierced. There probably isn't an LLC in existence that's airtight enough not to be pierced. It's only a matter of appropriating the resources to find the gaps.
     
     Anyone that believes an LLC has the potential to hold up under the pressure of the federal government (unlimited legal resources) is completely delusional. Anyone making the argument that an LLC offers sufficient legal protection to step into the political game isn't well informed.

     @Quentel @WashedOutGundamPilot @doctorsex @end @matty @mkultra Yeah, the veil is all but gone from what little we know of, but that shouldn’t really matter as long as the (non-existing if it’s a sole proprietorship) partners are already doxed.

     It doesn’t protect jack shit for “clients”, in the sense that they don’t need to be protected anyways from any liability since they have zero control or stake…

     Now, if it was a partnership, with for example the NJP “organization” (whatever its legal status as long as it has one…) as the main partner or sole proprietor (not sure if you can do that, I know my country’s corporate law a lot better than the US one), then it would make sense, separate legally the organization from the money managing entity.

     But in that case, there would be no need for it to be registered to Conte would it ^^

     If you're less scrupulous, you can incorporate a business in a place like venezeula and have a lawyer set up a business in the US, then "buy" the US business with your VZ business and you have what is the foundation for how basically everyone launders money in the US because turdworld record keeping is a meme.
     Everything is basically wholly anonymous as the business in VZ is the one on the paperwork and good luck getting who owns that.
     You just have to do extra legwork in a different manner if you want to get any money out of the corporation, although you could just have the corporation own all of "your" assets as long as you never EVER attach your name to them...
     
     Uh... please dont do this by the way I'm not recommending anyone do this, I know about this for reasons that are totally legitimate and I'm not doing anything illegal please leave me alone fbi I swear I'm a good boy hahahahahahahahahahah

     If you can do all your business (income and expenses) in crypto so that you don't need a bank account then you're in really good shape, allegedly in Minecraft.

     No no, you have US bank accounts and all that under the US corp, the only thing that is under the foreign corp is ownership of the US corp- which owns all of the US bank accounts, so on.
     
     Does the term "shell corporation" ring a bell?
     The foreign one would exist solely to protect your identity from the US government or anyone else because the documents involved are physically located in a shithole that is not going to cooperate with requests for information- or cant if they have a fun civil war which many places do like clockwork and all the records are destroyed every time.
     
     Again tho not a recommendation, this is illegal, I dont do illegal things because they're illegal and I agree with my bff4eva Sven in that you cannot do illegal things because its not allowed.

     It just holds shares/titles/whatever to the real corporation that runs in a more mature country.

     As such, it’s not going to change anything about your corporate taxes, you still owe them in the US, fucking with those is a lot harder than hiding who ultimately “owns” the corporation, which is what that assembly does.

     You would get fucked in the ass by KYC requirements if you had a bank account there anyways, not that there are no ways to avoid those, but it’s not that easy ^^

     Paying IP licensing fees is one of the ways that a US corporation, whether or not it is owned by a foreign corporation, can reduce its tax burden by being less profitable.
     
     The foreign company that owns the IP may or may not have tax liability in its jurisdiction for income generated in another country (most countries besides the US do not tax income earned outside their borders).
     
     Usually this state of legal affairs has few if any practical implications but there are some situations where it can be useful.

As for the telecoms, the NSA probably just gives them the data and they've had backdoors on every chip for a while now. It's mostly a matter of manpower, and Israel has lots of that for cheap.

     The federal government will always know who you are and what you're doing because businesses have to comply with about a billion regulations at any moment.
     
     You CAN shield your identity and the identity of your employees and volunteers from people like the SPLC, antifa, the ADL, so on, but every day the line between those organizations and the federal government gets blurrier and blurrier.

Because the experience I’ve had with them was severely underwhelming. Granted we were a backwater place so we probably got the lazy guys looking for an easy assignment.

Americans are not nearly worldly enough to do what the James Bonds are supposed to do, so locals run rings around them. America would not have lost Iraq or Afghanistan if they could run a proper intelligence game, like the Brits did in the Dutch East Indies. Most American hegemony comes from:
     1. Dollar hegemony, meaning you control the purse strings for most "allies" like Germany, Britain, etc.
     2. Everyone uses American computers, phones, routers, etc. so tapping them is easy.
     3. At home, they're way more totalitarian than they seem, so the FBI can pressure almost anyone into turning because you can indict almost anyone for something with enough digging.

     An LLC is not a silver bullet. You have to make a serious, determined effort to make it effective.
     
     Like a plasma cutter, an LLC is a great tool if you know how to use it. If not, leave it alone.
     
     When done properly, an LLC will do several things: provide a level privacy, protect the members assets from any non-criminal liability, and provide a favorable tax structure.
     
     If they were serious people they would have done several things before forming coming together in a legal manner:
     
     1. Form multiple LLCs in a jurisdiction that offers strong charging order protection and then use the individual LLCs to form the primary operating LLC.
     
     2. Formed the LLC/s through a registered agent in the jurisdiction.
     
     3. Had an asset protection attorney write the operating agreement based on their operating model. Attorneys are experts at writing the agreement based on real-world, worst case scenarios.
     
     4. Followed the rules of the operating agreement TO THE LETTER. Any attorney can shred your corporate veil if even ONE item wasn't followed properly.
     
     These are necessities for any business. Even more so, when your organization is non-system approved.
