   @WashedOutGundamPilot and I have talked about it looking like Conte used an "LLC in a box" service to make NJLLC seeing as all of the documents I've been able to pull have only the absolute bare minimum required for incorporation completed.
   
   Nobody involved has a brain, and the actors currently shitflinging have even less of a clue about what happened than Conte.
   
   I hate lasagna.

     @end @MyLittleFashy @doctorsex @matty @mkultra I’ve been jamming on THIS as my primary concern all day, and it really bugs me that everyone is huffing and puffing over fraud. I’m not even invested in that, I don’t care.

     What I care about is that the evidence we have points to a bunch of guys creating, maintaining, and governing an LLC WORSE than a couple of college students importing fidget spinners from alibaba. That’s a real, likely matter, and it’s very chafing to hear this flippant “that’s a lie, you’re a hater, that’s stupid bullshit” chorus about it.

     They’re terminally internet poisoned if they can’t take good-faith advice (or even recognize it), and that bodes very poorly for this thing ever doing anything but slowly petering out as it preaches to the same dwindling audience it had at its 2017 peak.

     Fuckin’ ‘Make your own LLC’ costco apps are generally easy to spot, because they have those shit boilerplate docs that end everything the same way. I did mine from scratch and didn’t have “LLC” in the name, because WHY give your potential enemies info about your corp. structure?

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @end @doctorsex @matty @mkultra Yeah, when I incorporated for reasons half a decade ago, I spent 2 fucking months learning about every possible legal structure, governance models, tax and payroll issues, reading any legal book I could put my grubby hands on about corporate shit.

     And I finally went with a full on stock based corporation despite it being more expensive and complex, and that was for something smaller and with less stakeholders than the NJP…

     @MyLittleFashy @end @doctorsex @matty @mkultra That talk about how he “signed it over” sounded amateurish, too. Where the hell can you just “sign over” an LLC like it’s a 1996 Toyota Corolla? Anything you do sign over probably needs to digest for a while, too. I wouldn’t expect to be able to trade an entire, active company over and immediately joyride it 30 minutes later. Deals got ‘t’ close.

     “He signed over liability”….sure, man, whatever, it’s not MY house that’s at state when nobody respects whatever shitty, non-binding IOU they cooked up in google webdocs.

     I feel for conte because I think he has VERY real concerns about the level of exposure he’s unknowingly taken on, and they’re downplaying his worries, using his body as a (legal) bullet shield and saying he’s overreacting - but they haven’t been shot (in a legal sense) at yet.

     Eh... so its *VERY HEAVILY RECOMMENDED* that a business lawyer is involved, but if you pull your LLC paperwork out of a crackerjack box like these jackasses did you can wing it a little bit.
     
     Going to be fucking hilarious if there actually is a transfer and the IRS says "hey, so about all of these undeclared assets that SHOULD be LLC assets but are for some reason personal assets- yeah you owe us $70,000 in taxes and fines and if you try to use the LLC's assets to pay for it you're gonna LOVE what happens next."

     You would, transfer of ownership, especially in something like an LLC where what's being transfered is a separate legal entity, is not just some "lemme sit down some afternoon with a buddy and sign a document or two" type of deal
