end (end@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Friday, 17-Feb-2023 08:34:45 JST end Ok one last NJP post because the copes are fucking hilarious at this point:
In order to transfer an LLC in whole or part you need to draft whats called a "buy-sell agreement" (which pretty much always requires a specialized attorney because you have to document literally everything down to the cent/asset/time of transfer, its a huge fucking pain in the ass) among other documents- and then notify the State Business Registry, the IRS, the banks involved, any other State Business Registry where your business operates as a "foreign agent," your registered agent, so on so forth.
All of that to say that transferring an LLC (or any business) generates a HELL of a lot of paperwork and involves quite a few people.
The "new" owners of the National Justice LLC and its associated trademarks would have a mountain of receipts they could produce at any time, in whole or in part, to prove their assertions that Conte "signed it all away."
Literally: documents with Conte's signature and notaries/officiators and witnessess.
Furthermore, they would also have all of the receipts that show Conte as "increasingly erratic," which have been asked for dozens of times by dozens of people and not produced- but this is besides the point.
Its WEIRD how when you go to the Maryland Business Registry, the National Justice LLC and "National Justice Party" trademark are still registered to, and therefore owned by, a "Gregory Conte."
WEIRD how they have no other filings, either.
Thats a REALLY WEIRD way to spell "Mike Pienovich, Tony Hovater, and other assorted retards," isn't it?
Businesses don't work like your retardbrain thinks they work.
Saying "oh yeah bro you can have my empire of dirt" in an esoteric secret council-only groupchat on discord amounts to jack fucking shit.
Sorry to inform your favorite literal-retard drunken australian podcaster, your favorite highly-online content thief, and your infinite "lets throw ourselves into the gears to protect dear leader" shills this way, but I'm a bad person so I get a fair amount of sick enjoyment out of watching trainwrecks in action.
I will eat an extra helping of humble pie just for you if ANY of these documents are ever produced, but something tells me that they wont be, or they'll have a REALLY GOOD TRUST ME BRO excuse for not doing so.-
Wrath (eiswald@poa.st)'s status on Friday, 17-Feb-2023 08:34:44 JST Wrath @end So the transfer was a literally 'because we said so' and nothing that's actually even verifiable (yet)? LOL
I know @WhiteDissidentRadio made a good point earlier. If Greg really isn't of sound mind this supposed transfer cannot even happen.
Fucking hell, these people. -

@randbot @comradepond seem to think this is all the reason you need.
>WDR made a good point earlier
IT WAS MY POINT
I MADE IT
ME
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-
But yeah if hes a cuckoo-crazy nutjob like they're painting him as, he cant do jack shit legally, any transfer or signing of anything is contestable in court- and the evidence isn't going to favor moike and co as they're literally saying hes cuckoocrazy (knowingly defrauding a mentally ill person is a no no in democracyland). -

Woggy's Zeonic Frolicks (washedoutgundampilot@poa.st)'s status on Friday, 17-Feb-2023 08:38:37 JST Woggy's Zeonic Frolicks @end From the sound of it they’re operating it like any other homebrew, $50 starter-package-from-costco, “LLC for Dummies” kind of thing. Lots of businesses operate that way, just doing the bare min and going through the motions, learning as they go.
You see this in stuff where an LLC owner thinks he’s safe because he filed the paperwork and his assets are secured, but then the courts look at that and see all the commingling of money and assets and punch right through the ‘corporate veil’.
You can run an LLC the wrong way for a long time without knowing. It’s only when issues come up….like this, that you learn there’s a LOT of shit to do if you want to actually take advantage of the benefits you think you’d have.
So I would believe that there’s a “title” out there they’d already signed, treating it like selling a car on craigslist, because that kind of thing is actually more of the norm than correctly-done handovers, in my experience.
