TL;DR: They're fucking liars and incredibly lucky Conte is not pursuing any criminal complaints and is instead handing the LLC over. (Of course, he would be on the hook if he did this which is one hell of a good reason not to do it.)

>Hovater moves $10k from corporate-owned account to non-corporate-owned account

The argument for "knowingly" is that Kraken has no account limits for "business pro" accounts despite what these faggots keep saying, you can see this for yourself at any time.

The limitation on the $10k amount is that when you transfer more than 10k- a dollar, a cent, a fucking wooden nickel it doesnt matter- you are required by law to report it to the IRS.
This is an important anti-fraud device as well as making sure the IRS gets its pound of flesh when you do something like buy a car for cash.

The new line is that Conte is the one that made the crypto account when he made the LLC or some other bullshit, which would be listed in the NJ LLC's asset pool and something he can show at any time, or anyone with any access to any of the documents (Hovater, paging Hovater here).

It more than likely is not in those assets (again, RECEIPTS PLEASE), which means hovater more than likely made the account with NJ LLC's documents and his own personal documents (this is fraud) right before committing a felony apparently under the direction of Enoch and/or other board members of the NON-CORPORATE AND NOT-AT-ALL AFFILIATED WITH NJ LLC BY MATTERS OF LAW ENTITY "The National Justice Party."

I don't know why I have to spell this out here but "NATIONAL JUSTICE LIMITED LIABILITY CORP" and "NATIONAL JUSTICE PARTY THE POLITICAL 'ORGANIZATION'" are not the same thing.

Enoch has no say at all in what NJLLC does, because CONTE OWNS IT.
Conte could have donated the entire bank account to his local buttfuck orgy and dissolved the LLC and all Enoch would have been able to do is say "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH" like Tom from Tom and Jerry.

Conte has made the INCREDIBLY STUPID decision to sign over the LLC and its assets to Enoch and co, but also the INCREDIBLY WISE decision to remove himself of liability for the RICO-suit-level retardation Hovater and co pulled.
