I thought affirmative action was about university admission, not hiring practices. Hmm, whatever.

It's funny how you built the land, with blacks working your cotton and sugarcane fields. With Asians building railroads and setting up shops. With Mexicans building homes. With Filipinos nursing your kids and taking care of them. So you can work on finance, high tech, policy, security and military stuff.

Funny thing you learn when you sail - you learn real fast that even if you're the skip, you're nothing without your crew.
