Cities should only be a temporary means to a long term end..What I mean is, cities should only be places temporarily occupied for acquiring the education needed to live without the need of cities. 1. Come to the city to learn. 2. Come to the city to conduct business. 3. Come to the city to acquire one's trade/trades. 4. Depart from the city and go forth and use what you have acquired there for your own existence.
