There is sway and wayfire but they aren’t as customizable as some of the X11 window managers such as AwesomeWM. -

It’s more “modern” because it was redesigned without the old purpose in mind. -

James-PE (Starnix) :dinosaur: (james@pl.starnix.network)'s status on Tuesday, 16-May-2023 09:26:41 JST James-PE (Starnix) :dinosaur: @dcc @charlie_root @PhenomX6 Well maybe Wayland wasn’t really necessary after all. Neither would’ve been my AMD card, or a reason for any applications to be Wayland-only. We should’ve all learned to live with Xorg. It remained stable and didn’t have security holes, right? -
James-PE (Starnix) :dinosaur: (james@pl.starnix.network)'s status on Tuesday, 16-May-2023 09:25:32 JST James-PE (Starnix) :dinosaur: @charlie_root @PhenomX6 Does Wayland have features for touchscreen users, such as the Pinephone? Wayland may have some good features, but it’s still not fully stable yet and we shall continue to stay with X11. -

I just noticed your servers have been cut off from floss.social, along with Starnix. Luckily they can still see cdrom.tokyo and stop.voring.me, which you both have your own alts on.
Unfortunately this means you're now cut off from much of the Mastodon Network, as you're probably on an imported list such as Oliphant, so you're being split off. Good riddance, Mastodon. -

James-PE (Starnix) :dinosaur: (james@pl.starnix.network)'s status on Monday, 20-Mar-2023 09:48:30 JST James-PE (Starnix) :dinosaur: I'm trying to set up a Pleroma instance on my home server. I just forwarded DNS records to my home's IP address, but I can only access the domain remotely (tried on my phone with a cellular connection), and I can't access it internally when I type in my IP address.
@splitshockvirus @splitshockvirus @splitshockvirus Since you host danksquad.org, and @dcc @dc since you host logografos, dembased and annihilation.social, how are you able to access your servers internally while at home?

```
10.0.0.50 example.org *.example.org
```
For some reason, example.org loads, but nothing in the wildcard loads. Do I have to add this line below to my hostfile, or do they not support wildcards?
```
10.0.0.50 *.example.org
