Looks very procrastinated. If the censored side allows SSH, a ssh tunnel requires nothing special to do same/similar thing, and why not tunnel over port 8080 or other often accepted ports?
Yes, in Sweden too. I had my slippery road practice and test in summer and it was done on soapy roads and specially patterned tires to reduce friction (in one case) sideways.
But it was FUN!! During winter, the practice+test is performed on ice.
I haven't heard of any soap on the roads here. Plain old sodium chloride in most places, but other salts have been tested for reduction of car and road damages, but essentially other salts are a magnitude+ more expensive.
I live near (~500meters) 3 wind mills. A couple of days ago, there was a power outage during quite strong winds. Lights out, then computer, then loud screeches from the 3 wind mills, doing an emergency break...
I live in a municipality that is proud to be a net exporter of electricity, yet when we were disconnected from the main grid, all those wind mills are unable to operate and provide us with electricity.
Imagine holding the iron with the right hand in front of you. Then seeing and reaching out with the left hand over to the right side of you. Can't recall what it was I reached for, maybe solder, maybe a plies or other tool.
The first reaction was from the foul smell. Pain didn't come until a minute later.
