Most PSUs have overheating protection built-in, so I wouldn't spend time on that. If it doesn't, I would suggest you get another PSU.

Alright, Before deciding on the active cooling, I would test the PSU with full load and see whether the temperatures are excessive.
I hate fans, and sometimes it is "better" to compromise on the "delivery", say less current or multiple PSUs.

Also, some fans can move a lot of air at relatively low speeds, so if fan is required, look for large diameter and probably a high end brand like Noctua.

Say driving 50Watts of LED current, you shouldn't get more than 5W of heat from PSU, and that should cool passively, especially if you have a reasonable heat sink.

Could also lower light output to regulate temperature. Also, a modern power supply can be 90-95% efficient and cleverly placed ventilation and convection draft could be anough.

I have never understood why one is a pillar of society and the other is a "disease".

How much of insurance industry is rip-offs can be debated. In general, the mandatory insurances are probably a lot worse, since the option "don't want" isn't on the table and the providers know this.

All in my family live in spacious homes, but what happens is that each has decorated from the early days (and continued to) in a style, where 150 year old furniture doesn't fit very well.

Selling; yes, that is likely what happens when our mother dies. Same thing with her 6000 sq ft (base area, not incl 1500 sq ft apartment upstairs and 2500 sq ft warehouse) house, as everyone has their own house, and I don't want to buy it from my siblings.

IIUIC, farmer claims ownership of the road and hence can plow as close as he wants. But he also claims that my brother must maintain the road.

Land Survey Office is apparently involved, and can't locate records of when the land was split (early 1800s) from a huge estate nearby, into a few family farms. At that time, the access road was a pass-through-road. But different land owner removed the other half and my brother's property (not farm) is in the middle.

Complicated.

My brother has a "border dispute" with his neighbor (farmer) about a) who owns my brother's access road, b) who has obligation to maintain it, c) whether the farmer is plowing too close to it, and more. And that is such a complex case that I don't understand it, and ongoing for almost a decade by now.

How am I going to have an opinion about what is happening couple of thousands of kilometers away and stretches back into oblivion in history?
