I work in safety at Amazon. They just replaced 7 top positions in my org with women, LGBTQIA/=×&$*÷*, and minorities.

This is how ESG works.

If you're white, male, hetero and living a normal life, you will not get promoted.

I have a boss who was promoted because "it's her turn." She has turned out to be one of the worst leaders I've ever had. She's always OOTO, getting "sick," etc.

I'm not saying I should have been promoted in her place, but damn.

It's the artificial sweeteners

Aspartame interrupts the natural processes by which the gut biome communicates to the brain.

Once that gets out of whack, it could take months to get back to normal.

I went on keto, went down to 10g of total sugar per day, basically carnivore. I stopped drinking anything that could possibly have artificial sweeteners in them. I also stopped eating seed oils, as those have been found to affect gut biome.

Your gut is basically your second brain.

Eliminate the following:

Sugar
Artificial sweeteners (aspartame, sucralose)
Sugar alcohols (erythritol, mannitol, etc)

Add the following:
Align prebiotic
Inulin
Activated charcoal
120 Oz of water per day (add in a pinch of table salt to maintain electrolytes)

This fixes gas, bloating, leaky gut, etc, all.of which I had many years ago.
