I work in safety at Amazon. They just replaced 7 top positions in my org with women, LGBTQIA/=×&$*÷*, and minorities.
This is how ESG works.
If you're white, male, hetero and living a normal life, you will not get promoted.
I have a boss who was promoted because "it's her turn." She has turned out to be one of the worst leaders I've ever had. She's always OOTO, getting "sick," etc.
I'm not saying I should have been promoted in her place, but damn.
This is ESG. A kakistocracy.
