Here is the Michelle Carter problem:

1. People can say KILL YOURSELF, and therefore some will.
2. If people obey this command, there will be a loss of life.

The only way to protect civilization is to have people tough enough to response to KILL YOURSELF with disinterest instead of outrage or compliance.
