   Here is the Michelle Carter problem:

   1. People can say KILL YOURSELF, and therefore some will.
   2. If people obey this command, there will be a loss of life.

   The only way to protect civilization is to have people tough enough to response to KILL YOURSELF with disinterest instead of outrage or compliance.

   The same is true of ethnic slurs.

   We cannot have people so fragile they suicide because someone said #KillYourselfNiggerFaggot.
