@Marshall1Banana@Senator_Armstrong Yeah that's probably my favorite page, even before I read it. It's just really good imagery even if it doesn't actually mean much in the story. Like this one from One Punch Man 767568568.jpg
@japananon@luithe@LucoaMilkers Japanese aren't very keen on computers I think. At least in the general public. It took them a long time to adopt to PC gaming with Steam. They seem to like phones a lot more, for the sake of convenience
@PhenomX6@RehnSturm256@Zoomerman88 Yeah I think this is why companies like Nintendo are going along with a lot of this diversity garbage. They have a moneyman at the top after Iwata passed away, and are just chasing easy money with ESG/SDG's
@RehnSturm256@Zoomerman88 It has Japanese directors and gameplay designers but woke English writers. I'm sure somebody was able to convince the Japanese executives that it would sell way more if they did that. Hopefully it bombs hard
@bobbyperu@ArdainianRight@Senator_Armstrong@ImperialAgent@CatLord@TarnishedYarmulke Being able to hear the tone of somebody's voice and demeanor does far more to get you to understand where they are coming from than if you just read it. It's far more important to find trustworthy and high quality sources of information than to just digest as much information as possible.
@bobbyperu@ArdainianRight@Senator_Armstrong@ImperialAgent@CatLord@TarnishedYarmulke If you would actually watch them you would understand. To be able to understand the character of somebody is quite important. You can do that through text as well, but you would need to read a lot of what they write. Whereas you simply need to listen for a few seconds to hear what somebody sounds like.
Being able to see somebody's face does this too, but I tend to prefer not looking at people as they talk in a video, and instead have them put something else on the screen.
