     @LucoaMilkers @luithe I'm not sure I agree... general computer literacy is pretty shit, it's only a select cross-section of the population that's really good at it

     @LucoaMilkers isn't computer literacy in Japan absolutely low due to using ancient machines like fax instead of emails or e invoices and still using absolute ancient os system?

     @Arkana @luithe @LucoaMilkers Digital Agency is trying to push through more paperless, all-digital reform. But it's slow. Honestly, the private sector is getting further ahead with that. Still a lot of faxes and printouts, though.

     @japananon @luithe @LucoaMilkers Japanese aren't very keen on computers I think. At least in the general public. It took them a long time to adopt to PC gaming with Steam.
     They seem to like phones a lot more, for the sake of convenience
