You could probably get that same job done for under 12k (at maybe an additional 10k if he's really going to make it 6 weeks), including your own hardware, if you had an agreement with the municipality and their broadband you're filming close to, plus a handful of like 7 year old servers to serve 10k people. Idk, @sapphire does it sound like I'm speaking out of my ass? You can get 10Gbps in a bunch of municipal data centers, rack space isn't that expensive, hardest thing might be hooking the servers together to serve video in a reliable manner, but k8s if you're a faggot (me), and some kind of dumb load-balancer if you're not would probably do that job just dandy. I'd take 78k profit GLADLY for 2 months worth of work.
