With kids it's waaay too easy to fuck up these days. And easy to point fingers at other's kids when you do not have any of your own .
Because their little fucking friends pollute, subvert, and destroy your best efforts to raise them right. Then the school system. More friends, BFFs etc. You as father have become persona non grata.
All the above is nothing new. That's why I never had children. I'm selfish and did not want the responsibility. Plus if I DID have one, and shit turned freaky beyond my ability to cope, someone would have to die and someone else would have to go to prison.

Welp...I never had kids. The impetus for that was seeing good friends of mine and their catastrophic siblings. When I was a growing up and as a young man, I was always v friendly with frens' parents. That's pretty much the way it was back then. One friend of mine's brother was a pot junkie in HS. He and his retart frenz always in trouble.
Irvine, CA, the early 80s. One day, this little shit decided to rob a neighbor across the street. Said neighbor came home for lunch. Said neighbor is also an Orange County CA Sheriff deputy. Dude handcuffs little Ted to a front porch post, walks across the street, and knocks. After telling the dad, he says, "Roger, what do you want to do?"
"Call the cops, I'm sick of this crap."
I swear, if I had a degenerate kid, I'd be in prison. So, no keeids. -

The only time I was ever arrested was when I was 21 in 1979, for DUI in Santa Ana, CA. Spent the night in similar circumstance at the ol' Orange County Hilton. Lots of undesirables...one other guy was cool and got released OR in like 5 hours. $500 fine and a night in jail. -
